I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all our sales are final, no returns are accepted. No cancellations once the order has been processed.

All items that we sell, unless stated otherwise are vintage and therefore pre-loved.

Vintage items are sold as seen, and may show signs of wear - therefore please check the images and item description carefully before making your purchase.

Please ensure you check all measurements/sizing of clothing items before you purchase. No returns are allowed for items due to incorrect fit or change of mind.

If there is a problem with your purchase, it is crucial that you contact us immediately when you receive your order and we will always try to resolve this. We do our best to ensure the quality of our pieces and list them accurately in photos/descriptions. If an item is received faulty where the fault is not listed, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy.
